Returns must reach our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. Return fees: £5 (UK), $25 (US), €10 (EU warehouse countries). EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. No exchanges.

What is your return policy?
Your return must reach our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and the returns label attached. You are welcome to try items on to check fit and appearance, as you would in a shop &#x2014; but wearing or using the item beyond that is not covered by a change-of-mind return.
All returns are inspected. We cannot accept items showing stains, scuffs, odours, water damage or other signs of use beyond trying on.

What are the return fees?
A return-postage charge is deducted from your refund: &#xA3;5 (UK), $25 (US), and &#x20AC;10 for our European-warehouse countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Switzerland). Orders delivered to other European countries are handled under our global shipping rates. If your return is due to a confirmed manufacturing fault, incorrect item, or damage on arrival, we cover all return costs.

What about the returns tag and label?
Each jacket comes with an attached returns tag &#x2014; please keep it on until you are sure you are keeping the item. Each item also carries a returns label stating &quot;If you remove me, you cannot return me.&quot; This label is positioned so you can try the item on while it remains attached. If the label has been removed, the item will be treated as no longer in its original condition and your refund may be reduced or declined.

Can I return sale items?
Yes, sale and discounted items can be returned unless marked as final sale. Standard return fees apply, and no sale item is eligible for a free return unless faulty.

Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if you need a different size or style.

Which items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on final sale products, underwear and base layers (once the hygiene seal is broken), personalised items, or gift cards.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of inspection clearance, to your original payment method. It may take a further 3&#x2013;5 working days for your bank to release the funds. For Buy Now Pay Later orders (Klarna, Clearpay, Afterpay), the refund is processed back to your provider, which will adjust or cancel remaining instalments and refund any amounts already paid.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 30 minutes of placing it using the link in your order confirmation email or from your account. After this window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as orders move quickly to our warehouse. If your order has already shipped, please refuse delivery or return it once it arrives.
EU customers: You have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU law. You may withdraw for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods (or, for multi-parcel orders, from receipt of the last item). You may also withdraw before delivery. To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal button on our website or contact us at clientservices@jack1t.uk. The standard &#x20AC;10 return fee applies for EU-warehouse countries. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
UK customers: You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel distance purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, beginning from the day you receive your goods. Please contact us at clientservices@jack1t.uk to exercise this right.
