 REFUNDS 


  • For any on sale./discounted % products that have been returned, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

  • Should our returns team be satisfied your order is processed onto our biweekly returns report.

  • Refunds will be issued on Mondays and Fridays depending on return date. Please allow for 5/7 days from the receipt of your return for refunds to be issued.

  • Refunds will take 3/5 working days to reflect. If you have not received your refund after 5 working days please contact us at [email protected]
  • What is your return policy?

We aim for all refunds be processed and issued within 7 days of your item coming back to us. Please allow for 3-5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account post your refund notification.

We are happy to refund any items within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Should a refund be refused, your item will be returned to you. Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds. We don't currently offer exchanges. any returned items will be refunded instead.   • In what condition should an item be returned?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, if our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return.

With reference to the above, we run quality checks on: 

- stains, blemishes, scuffs, tears, odour (perfumes,aftershave etc) sweat marks, water damage. 

  • Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

We don’t currently offer exchanges.

  • What should I do if the product is incorrect, damaged or defective?

  • How do I ship and process my return?

You can print a returns label via our returns portals listed on our returns page.

  • How long will a full refund take?
