How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the progress of your order at any time by logging into your JACK1T account. Tracking details will also be sent to you once your order has shipped.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is emailed to the address provided at checkout. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I edit or cancel my order once placed?

We will do our best to amend an order for you, however we cannot guarantee that the change will take effect. Please review your details carefully before completing checkout.

What if my package is missing?
