Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the UK and selected European countries: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, and Czech Republic.

Shipping to the USA is temporarily on hold.

Do you offer free shipping?

• UK: Free standard delivery on orders over £150.
• EU: Flat rate of €5 on all orders.
• USA: Free standard delivery on orders over $220 (temporarily on hold).

How long will my delivery take?

• UK: 2–3 business days (standard) or next day (express).
• EU: 3–7 business days depending on location.
• USA: 5–7 business days (currently on hold).

Delivery times may vary during busy trading periods.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot change the delivery address. If you contact us immediately at [email protected], we will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.

What if my package is missing?

Please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order confirmation if you believe your parcel is lost, stolen, or misplaced. This allows us to raise a claim with our couriers.
