We currentlyship to the UK / USA and select EU countries. Please reach out if you would like us to ship to your country by emailing [email protected].


We aim to deliver all orders in line with the estimated delivery times. Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been placed.

We are also unable to deliver to freight forwarded or PO Box addresses.

FOR UK AND USA 

STANDARD

Jack1t offers free shipping to the UK and USA for all purchases over 150 GBP and $170 respectively. We provide a standard shipping via the royal mail for the UK and standard royal mail and USPS for the USA.

For orders under 150 GBP and $170 – the customer will be liable for the shipping costs.

EXPRESS

We offer premium shipping at a cost to the customer.

COSTS

United Kingdom

  • Free standard delivery for all orders over 150 GBP – 2/3 days via Royal Mail
  • Paid for next day DPD – 6.99 GBP

Please order before 3pm Monday-Friday to guarantee next day delivery. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day and delivered the day after.


Next day delivery may not be available for selected postcodes (including, but not limited to, the Scottish Highlands, NI and the Channel Islands).

We may at certain times of the year suspend our next day delivery option.

Cut off times can vary, you'll always find our current cut off time at checkout, which will be confirmed when you place an order.

 

USA

  • Free standard delivery – Royal Mail and USPS – 5/7 days for orders over $170
  • Paid for express delivery – DHL Xpress $30 + any customs clearance and duties.
  • Duties are dependent on State to State legislation.

*Please note that customs and duties are not included in the price of your order and may be charged at the point of delivery depending on state legislation and the value of the order. 

Delivery

An order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please use the tracking provided to follow your order. With our couriers you can also schedule delivery days and times. Customers are responsible for any missed deliveries. 

If you suspect that your order may be missing/stolen or misplaced please  contact [email protected] ASAP. We ask that this be done within 7 days of your order confirmation, this allows for a 14 day window to claim on insurances. 

FOR EU 

EU as follows: 

DE - Hermes  - 4 days

AT - Post AT - 5 days

DK - GLS DK - 5 days

SE - Postnord - 5 days

FR - La Poste - 5 days

IT - Poste Italiane - 5 days

NL - DHL NL - 4 days

BE - BPost - 4 days




  • What geographies can Jack1t be shipped to, any shipping restrictions?

We currently only ship to the UK / USA and select EU countries. 

Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, France, Italy, Belgium & Netherlands.

In the future we will open up our shipping to the rest of the world. 

  • Can I change the ship address while my order is in transit?

We can’t change any details once an order has been placed but if you notify us immediately, we will do our best to facilitate this change. All emails will need to be sent to [email protected].

  • What courier service do you use?

We use a combination of Royal Mail/DPD for the UK and USPS/DHL Express for the USA.
