What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, PayPal Pay in 3, ClearPay (UK), AfterPay (US), Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Are my payments secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed using Shopify’s 128-bit SSL encryption technology, ensuring your information is safe.

How do refunds work for Buy Now Pay Later orders?

If you paid using Klarna, Clearpay or Afterpay and your order is refunded or cancelled, the refund is processed back to your provider. Your provider will then adjust or cancel your remaining instalments and refund any amounts you have already paid. Until your provider processes this, you remain responsible for any scheduled payments to them — please direct billing queries directly to your provider. Cancelling your purchase also cancels the linked pay-later agreement.

When will my refund appear?

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of inspection clearance (or immediately upon cancellation if your order has not yet shipped). It may take a further 3–5 working days for your bank or payment provider to release the funds to your account.
